If your
practice program did not start normally, your browser may
be having problem running JavaScript or Flash. Follow directions on
this page to resolve the issue.
Download Flash on your
computer:

Enable
Javascript in your web browser:

Internet Explorer 5.x and 6.x (for Windows):
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
- In Internet Options dialog box select the
Security tab.
- Click Custom level button at bottom right. The
Security settings dialog box will pop up.
- Under Scripting category check Active Scripting,
Allow paste options via script and Scripting of Java
applets
- Check radio boxes.
- Click OK twice to close out.
OR
-
Click on
"Tools" on your browser toolbar.

Then click
on "Internet Options..."
-
Now click
on "Advanced"
-
Under the
heading "Security", check the option "Allow active
content to run in files on My Computer" and "Allow
active content from CDs to run on My Computer"

The test
should run on your computer now.
Internet Explorer on a Mac:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- From the menu bar, choose Edit > Preferences
- Click on the Web Content heading under Browser
Display in the preferences pane list (on left)
- In that displayed pane there are 3 sections. The
bottom section is titled "Active Content". Check the
box labeled "Enable Scripting"

Netscape Navigator 4.x and 6.x:
- From
the menu bar, choose Edit > Preferences.

Check boxes labeled Enable Java and Enable
JavaScript.
- Click OK

Netscape Navigator 7:
- From
the menu bar, choose Edit > Preferences.

Select the Advanced category.

Check box labeled Enable Java

JavaScript is sometimes enabled by the presentation.
To enable JavaScript, repeat steps 1 and 2 and then
click on Scripts and Windows.
- Make
sure the box for "Enable JavaScript for Navigator"
is checked.

AOL Browser:
- Launch AOL Browser.
- After the browser loads, go to the Settings Menu
on the top if the browser.
- Click on the pull-down window and click on
Preferences
- Click on the Internet Properties (WWW) link in
the Preferences dialogue
- Click the Security tab
- Click Custom
- Click Settings
- Scroll down to locate Scripting
- Click Enable for Active Scripting
- Click OK, then click the Reload button
